Our June 2024 Literary Road Trip Box takes us to the "Gem State"- Idaho!
The featured book is Ruth Ozeki's All Over Creation. All Over Creation is a family drama centered around Yumi Fuller, who is returning to her small town to care for her aging parents. Yumi's parents are not the only thing that have changed, her agricultural town is going through a dramatic shift with big businesses vs. small farms. This sweeping story is great for book clubs and group discussions.
Our June indie bookstore partner is Bookpeople of Moscow. Located on the western side of the state, near the Washington Border, the store opened in 1973. We have included their branded store bookmarks and store coasters in this month's box. The picture on the coaster is of a mural that they have in the store.
